The principle of thermoforming vacuum stretch film packaging is to match the fully automatic stretch film vacuum packaging machine, using a continuous stepping method, with the lower roll film forming and the upper roll film sealing. The packaging process is completed automatically by the machine, and the food filling can be done manually or mechanically as needed. The lower roll film is pulled and stepped at a fixed step, and is formed by air pressure, vacuum or die in the preheating area and heating area. After filling the material in the filling area, it enters the heat sealing area. In the heat sealing area, the upper roll film is covered on the forming box after passing through the guide roller. According to the packaging needs, it can be vacuumed or filled with protective gas, and then hot-pressed and sealed. After the heat sealing is completed, the production batch and production date data can be printed, and it can also be printed in color. After cross-cutting and longitudinal cutting, the finished package is formed. The cut edge material can be collected and cleaned by the suction barrel or the hoisting device.
